It's rather simple. Posting warez/ROMS or links to places where warez/ROMs may be obtained will get you an extended stay in the Bone Village IF you are lucky. If it is serious enough or felt necessary, you may very well just be banned for life.
Discussion of ROMs or even emulation is alright, but making the ROMs or emulators available through this forum will get you in deep trouble too fast for you to realize what's hit you.
