Something like this...
What's a RAGE system?
s33kerbot lol
But yeahz, a RAGE ssytem is like when one particular person... or all... in your party dies, then one of the characters goes into RAGE mode. Only being able to attack (no skills, items, defend) but his attack is greatened exponentially think of it like pokemon lol if youve ever played
Thinking back to it, final fantasy always has a magic spell thingy called berserk, so you mean like that?
but then again if you went on a RAGE when all your allies are dead.
what happens when I want to revive my allies? I mean yeah I get the boost but
getting the no-item thing is kinda risky
it would only be for a few turns... it doesn't last forever . its like a gift and something bad at the same time cuz you cant heal anyone
Hmm, I believe making a 'Rage' meter which would be based on getting hit to increase it, similar to a Limit Break, would be more useful and much more appreciated when a player would finally get it.

I think this would be much more fitting, this way you could use it as power up if the meter was full or have it as an option (even forced) if the rest of the group where downed.
However i think it would need charge time before attack so the character would miss-a-go before attack.

Duuv you are just stating the obvious here... this is one of the basic features of a rage system
ok well i had actually forgot to mention, there are two types of RAGE systems.
the one i mentioned (if ally dies, actor goes into rage mode, no items defend or skill, for two turns)
and the other one (getting hit fills up rage meter, when it is full, actor may use specified skill... or his/her strength goes up considerably for a few turns)
You cauld also merge the two, each type taking effect under different situations.
but what Duuv mentioned would probably be for both systems, with the miss a go due to the extra power the character is given, or some times the next go is a lower attack strength.
OK,
i want your answers! 0.o lol
this is going to influence the type of gameplay in my later games... plus i just wanna know what you guys prefer
