Hi, I was looking through the forums after finding his world map tileset, and noticed that you aren't allowed to put the tileset anywhere but here. Does that mean I can't upload my game anywhere but here? And also am I allowed to use it on a commercial game? Thanks for taking the time to read these questions even though it looks like this forum is dead ^^'

Note that Immigrant users can't upload resources until they've been promoted to Townie; Traveling Merchant users can.
As for the terms of use, the restriction on posting the tiles only applies to the sets, not to games made using the sets. There's no particular restriction about posting the game to forums other than whether the forums will allow an upload of that size.
The sets are free for free use but not for commercial use. These are the terms:
£100 for each tileset individually.
That's:£100 - Indoors Tileset£100 - Outdoors Tileset£100 - World Map Tileset
If you wish to purchase multiple tilesets at once:
Two tilesets - £150Three tilesets - £225
If people use these tilesets for commercial, profit making projects without payment, this is illegal and directly against my terms and conditions. If a creator wishes to make a profit from their project, they need to be prepared to spend money to make money. Those that only wish to use these for non-profit works can without payment. As these tilesets are not exclusive, the prices are very reasonable for the time and effort spent producing quality 2D tilesets.

Further more, you can upload your game anywhere (not in a forum, it takes to much space). Try uploading it to mediafire, or megaupload.
I am unsure about the commercial bit, I would ask the inq about that.
