Install RTPe.exe

I downloaded three the hard way and when I tried playing it it said Run time package not found Install RTPe.exe. What exactly do I have to do?

Notice:
Need a face-set or character sketch/concept P.M me. I draw mostly manga style though and it might take roughly a week

I'm guessing you only have RPG Maker 2003? Three The Hard Way needs the RPG Maker 2000 RTP installed, which is a separate installation file (you don't need to install the maker itself, just the RTP). You should be able to find it quite easily (google is your friend).

Thanks I found it ... I thought it was a 2003 project thats why...
